On the evening of December 2nd, 2014, we
attended the Christmas party at the Magic
Kingdom, our very first one! We stayed almost
until they closed at midnight, I was tired, but it
was a blast!! Here are pics from that night :-)

The park was decorated for Christmas,
and they even had a lighting ceremony
to light up the castle!

Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Sven were part of the
lighting ceremony, and then Elsa "froze"

The castle lighting was cool, but crowded, so we
headed to Adventureland to ride 'Pirates of the
Caribbean', and I ran into Jack Sparrow!!!

After seeing Captain Jack, it started to rain so we
ducked into 'Tortuga Tavern' for cover, but I really
wanted to watch the fireworks so I put on my
poncho and headed out into the rain :-)

When the rain let up some, we decided to check out
the wait time for Anna and Elsa. Even though it was
10:15pm, I still wanted to see them! The wait time
was only 40 minutes, so we got in line :-)

We didn't move for a little while, which
was weird, but suddenly the line started
moving again and then we were in! I

Then it was time to meet Elsa, and she was so
pretty, and really really sweet! It was worth
staying up way past my bedtime, tee hee ;-)

I didn't think I'd get to meet them at all
on our trip, so it was a nice surprise!

The castle changed color during the night, shades
of blue and shades of purple, it was really pretty!

Even the train station was decorated and lit for
Christmas, it really put us in the holiday spirit!

The Christmas party was super fun, and I hope
I get to come back for it again someday :-)
