Welcome to Katie's FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN page!!

I started Kindergarten, officially, on August 20th, 2009 (Thursday). I also visited my new school, and met my new teacher, a few days before, on Monday, August 17th, 2009. Here are some pics from those two days :-)

On Monday, August 17th, I went over to my new school to meet my teacher, and check out my classroom, I even have a locker inside the room, cool!

I really liked my teacher, and my classroom, and the gym, library, and music room, but my favorite part of the whole school were the two playgrounds, yay!!

It's Thursday, August 20th, my first official day of Kindergarten! Woohoo! I am so excited :-)

In fact, I was too excited, and Mommy was sad, so I pretended to be a little bit sad (even though I really, really wasn't!!! Yippeee!) ;-)

I picked out this backpack all by myself....what a surprise, huh? :-)

It fits just right :-)

Joey and Chloe said goodbye one more time....too bad I can't take Chloe with me in my backpack, hee hee....

I'm all ready to go, woohoo! It's going to be so much fun!!

(And it WAS fun, I loved it....I was off on Friday, and start five days a week on Monday, August 24th, I can't wait!) :-)
